Bulge Lab is an online Alternate Reality Game that is played across a series of web-based platforms and explores body image, masculinity, and viruses. 

Plot: Bulge Lab is a custom men's underwear shop, but they are hiding secrets. Set in a fantasy alternative universe, you can sign up to see what they are up to with their products. 

You should not have to download any files or software while playing the game.

The downloadable file is a clickable PDF walkthrough of the game in which I tried to mirror the experience of using with websites as closely as possible.

So it appears that this was a web game hosted on Tumbler that was wiped out when Tumbler went through and banned all adult content.
